MOD POD 1 [ Ladies of Teshuvah  Volunteers ] serving 2018-2020

Looking for our 1-Year Volunteers? Click here.

Why does TM require this time of MOD Training for our Volunteers?

  • The MOD training establishes a committed relationship for the right reasons, to serve in Ye'shua's Melchizedek Priesthood Order –– loving YHVH and loving others.
  • The MOD training fosters personal growth through experiential (heart) knowledge of TM and Royal Priesthood duties.
  • Through the training the MODS invest time building a deeper understanding of TM teachings, our core values and get to work together as a team within the body of Messiah in a safe environment.

Volunteers Review Working with TM and Rebekah

Tawyna Bulger, 2021

"Volunteering as a MOD with Rebekah has been a great encouragement to me. As a leader, she is 100% approachable and willing to help a newbie wrestle with anything! My family has only recently come into the knowledge of our identity as part of Scattered Israel and our roles as Elohim's priests when I volunteered, but Rebekah was never arrogant when approached and always quick to reach out for further discussion. Becoming a Group Spot MOD gave me both the opportunity and a conducive environment to grow, while bouncing my ideas and insights off the others in the group. The greatest value to me was being HEARD as I shared. I realized that having "like-hearted" people around you (a heart after the King's own heart) was so valuable as I was learning to swim these deeper waters; our physical bloodlines don't matter as much as blood of Messiah. I now have a family who understands my heart and I am so grateful! Thanks for everything, Rebekah and all Teshuvah Ministries fam!"

Melody Meachum, 2021

"My experience serving as a volunteer was a much-needed and a long-awaited gift for my heart. Teshuvah Ministries understands the set-apart woman and her deep longing to grow in YHVH's garden and share her journey with others. Rebekah's desire and vision toward scattered Israel gives us a "campfire" to gather around, along with like-minded sisters that are hungry and thirsty for more of YHVH and His ways. Rebekah opens a treasure box of eternal jewels and encourages creativity, spiritual growth, and sharing. As a volunteer, I found Rebekah to be present, responsive, and supportive to all the creative expressions of obedience and love for Elohim. For me, the desire to meet other Torah committed women (of all ages) and the opportunity to broaden the understanding of YHVH's Mo'edim was beautifully fulfilled. To my knowledge, there's no other ministry geared to Torah-grounded women that provides such a vast buffet of learning resources and a safe gathering platform for fellowship and growth, as Teshuvah Ministries does. For any woman of YHVH that feels isolated in her journey of Truth, I'd say, "run," don't walk; the homecoming your heart longs for not only exists but is waiting and looking for you too!"

Katie Walker, 2021

"It is the job of leaders to make other leaders – just as our Messiah Ye'shua did. This is what Rebekah did. First, she started off by giving us small tasks and left plenty of room so we could navigate and learn to problem solve for ourselves. Rebekah let’s her MODs spread their wings, and in doing so they grow into leaders themselves. It truly shows what kind of leader she is herself by doing so. During my 6 month volunteer time, my voice gained courage and centered around YHVH. I learned that I really enjoy serving others and want to help YHVH's Kingdom grow. In the future I hope to create a kids feast craft book, to encourage other Torah moms to dig deep into YHVH feast with their children."

Sharmen Anderson, 2019

"Are you looking for more ways to serve others? Do you miss the opportunities for serving and ministry you had when you were in a church? Would you like to grow as a person and learn some new skills? If you answered yes to any of these questions, take the MOD training! You will find it to be great blessing. You will be stretched. (That is a good thing). You will be blessed, and come out on the other side having more opportunities to bless others. I'm so thankful I took this opportunity. And I hope you do the same."

Ali Liang, 2019

"Dearest Rebekah, you are an amazing woman who has taught me so much about being a leader, based on how you ACT. I’m very thankful that you have given me the opportunity to partner with you in this ministry. Thank you for sowing into my life - I see your heart poured out in these training modules, that you are sincere in sharing your skills and knowledge. You demonstrate generosity to me. You have been such a gift to me. I love you and your family Rebekah, and I pray for the day we can hang out in Israel or USA, surrounded by Yah’s beautiful creation...The MOD training was intense but meaningful as I was given the opportunity to reflect on what Biblical leadership looked like, learning of course from Rabbi Ye'shua. Having Rebekah walk us through the course and the different tasks was encouraging as she demonstrated servant leadership throughout, always being kind but also resolute in her expectations of us.The course required an honest reflection of my heart (intentions) and courage to develop skills necessary to lead publicly. Above all, the training held me accountable to understanding and living out my role as Ezer Kenegdo through the beautiful Melchizedek Feast Rhythm, which has brought about countless blessings to my life."

Sherry Powell, 2019

"WOW! You have done an amazing job on this training. Thank you for this opportunity. Thank you for pouring into me. Thank you for "multiplying" your gifts for the Kingdom. This is discipleship on a whole new level. Thank you for the opportunity to serve our King. I know the idea of small groups began as a tool to help you facilitate the main group, but it has turned into so much more. I for one have been needing the training you have provided. Your idea transpired at a time that I needed it most. It is obvious that you have dedicated tons of time and energy into helping us ladies become better leaders. I am not an excellent writer or eloquent of speech, but just know I appreciate you and the time you have invested into me and the other ladies. The things I have learned will not only be used here but in a broader way in YHVH's Kingdom and for that I am grateful!!! The leadership skills learned through you and your teachings are teaching me how to be an Ezer in all points of my life for the Kingdom. Thank you for helping me learn how to work for the King for a time like this!! It is refreshing and fun!! I especially like that this training has giving me the "Tech edge" for the Kingdom work. Love you, Rebekah!"
