Please see A Rood Awakening for more on reckoning time according to the aviv barley and sighted moon.
After consulting the groups* watching the barley in Israel –– TM has determined (from those reports) that there will be plenty of aviv barley for the First Fruits offering after the New Moon. Therefore, the following are the Spring Feasts dates according to the Restored Hebrew Biblical Calendar.
Three (3) people witnessed and observed the New Moon (chodesh) here in North Idaho in the evening of March 22, 2023 (they did not see the new moon in Israel until March 23, 2023). Because we can not deny that we sighted it, the Head of the Year (Rosh ha'Shanah) is March 23, 2023 for us. This actually coincides with A Rood Awakenings Calendar page "The Month of the Aviv 6023 [A]".
Remember that the listed dates below are the 'day of' (unless otherwise directed). Days start at sunset. For example Passover is April 5, but that will actually start at sunset April 4, 2023.
*Groups in Israel who are watching the barley: Devorah’s Date Tree, Abib of God,
The Biblical Calendar Forum, Ancient Path New Moon, Hebrew in Israel etc.
